Description
This recombinant human antibody is capable of binding to ErbB3 and inhibiting ligand mediated phosphorylation of the receptor. KD value of the mAb is about 8 nM, as measured in a cell binding assay using MALME-3M melanoma cells. The antibody were able to inhibit heregulin binding to ErbB3.
