Description
This is a humanized monoclonal antibody, HPAB-0884-WJ, that targets CD34, a surface antigen found on human stem cells. In this study, the KG1a cell line was used as a model system to express the CD34 surface antigen. The binding affinity of HPAB-0884-WJ to KG1a cells was determined to be 6.9 nM, as measured by the KD value.
