Description
This product is an inhibitory antibody that recognizes CD47. It inhibits the binding of natural mouse antibodies to CD47, proving that the chimeric antibody and the mouse antibody recognize the same epitope of CD47. The chimeric antibody is then added to the cells at a final concentration of 1 ug/ml in FACS competitive binding assay.
