Description
Recombinant monoclonal antibody to α-GalCer:mCD1d1 complexes coupled to Mycobacterium tuberculosis PPD. Manufactured using AbAb’s Recombinant Platform with variable regions (i.e. specificity) from the hybridoma L363. This chimeric rabbit antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original murine IgG2a format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.
