Description
This product is a recombinant human antibody that recognizes LRP6 (low density lipoprotein-related protein 6). It can bind to the β-propeller 1 domain of LRP6 and block Propeller 1-dependent Wnts. The antibody inhibits the Wnt signaling pathway.
