Description
This product is a recombinant human antibody that recognizes both human and murine CD274 (PD-L1). This antibody could inhibit the PD-1/PD-L1 interaction of both human and mouse origin. The antibody was expressed in mammalian cells with chemically defined culture media, purified by affinity chromatography and could be used for the detection of PD-L1 in immunoassays.
