Description
This product is a fully human antibody that recognizes CD46. The apparent binding affinity of the antibody on live tumor cells is measured to be KD 4.5 nM. It has a higher affinity towards prostate cancer cells. The apparent KD for the antibody, measured on live tumor cells by FACS, is approximately 1-5 nM.
