HPAB-0239-CN

Human Anti-CD276 Recombinant Antibody (HPAB-0239-CN)

Description

HPAB-0239-CN is a recombinant humanized IgG antibody that specifically targets the human B7-H3 protein. The antibody has been humanized to generate an antibody HPAB-0239-CN, which offers improved therapeutic potential for human treatments. The results of the study showed that the administered Fc-modified hBRCA84D-2 antibody was able to inhibit the tumor growth of HT-1197 bladder cancer cells and A498 kidney cancer cells at all doses.
