Description
The chimeric antibody PPAT-057-17C was found to have strong reactivity with a CDH3-expressing cell line. The antitumor effects of the chimeric antibody PPAT-057-17C were confirmed using xenograft models, into which a human lung cancer-derived cell line NCI-H358 had been transplanted.
