Description
This product is a recombinant human antibody specific for human PD-L1 (CD274) protein. The antibody was derived from a hybridoma cell line with high affinity to the recombinant CD274 protein. This antibody has a high binding affinity to a PD-L1 epitope with a KD value of 1.5 nM. This product was expressed in a mammalian system, purified by affinity purification, and went through strict quality control. It is purified by affinity chromatography to get a purity higher than 95% and could be applied in ELISA and flow cytometry assays.
