Description
IL-17A is T-cell-derived cytokine, which has a pleiotropic pro-inflammatory activity. In vitro, IL-17A regulate fibroblasts and synovial cells produce inflammatory mediators, synergies with other pro-inflammatory cytokines and promote cartilage degradation and bone resorption of osteoclasts.
