Description
This product is a recombinant humanized antibody that recognizes human P-selectin. Mab CY1748 reacts with the epitope aa 448-467 of human P-selectin. It inhibits adhesion of leukocytes to activated platelets and/or to activated vascular endothelium in vivo and functions in the treatment of inflammation and other pathological conditions.
