Description
This product is a recombinant chimeric (human/mouse) antibody that recognizes the first HLA-DR domains. Chimeric DN1924 is effective in inducing apoptosis in HLA-DR-expressing tumor cells, but not in HLA-DR-negative tumor cells or in normal HLA-DR-expressing cells. It has the potential to reduce the rate of tumor growth and promote increased survival.
