Description
CDCP1 (F3M9G) Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of total CDCP1 protein. The full-length, glycosylated CDCP1 protein band is detected at 140 kDa, and a cleavage product of CDCP1 protein is detected at 70 kDa. Non-specific bands are detected between 80-85 kDa. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues near the carboxy terminus of human CDCP1 protein.
