Description
Siglec-10 (E1D7S) XP® Rabbit mAb (BSA and Azide Free) recognizes endogenous levels of total Siglec-10 protein. This antibody also cross-reacts with an unidentified protein of 180 kDa in some cell lines. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Pro673 of human Siglec-10 protein.
