SARS-CoV-2 Spike Protein (F3Q9R) Rabbit mAb

Description

SARS-CoV-2 Spike Protein (F3Q9R) Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of total SARS-CoV-2 spike protein. This antibody detects full-length (uncleaved) SARS-CoV-2 spike protein and the fragment corresponding to the S1 domain generated by host protease cleavage. It can react with multiple variants, including alpha and omicron. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Gly35 of SARS-CoV-2 spike protein in a region that is conserved in the omicron strains.
