Description
ApoE2 (E6U9I) Rabbit mAb (BSA and Azide Free) recognizes overexpressed levels of total ApoE2 protein. This antibody does not cross-react with ApoE3 or ApoE4 by western blot. This antibody may detect non-specific bands of unknown origin at 55 kDa and 70 kDa. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Cys176 of human ApoE2 protein.
