Description
Crotonyl-Histone H3 (Lys14) (E9X3B) Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of histone H3 protein only when crotonylated on Lys14. This antibody does not cross-react with non-crotonylated, acetylated, propionylated, or butyrylated Lys14. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding crotonylated Lys14 of human histone H3 protein.
