Description
IgM (E8M1B) XP® Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of total IgM heavy chain protein. This antibody reacts with secreted and membrane bound isoforms of IgM heavy chain protein. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues near the amino terminus of the constant region of mouse IgM heavy chain protein.
