Description
BACE2 (E3Y9Q) Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of total BACE2 protein. This antibody does not cross-react with BACE1 protein. Weak, non-specific labeling of the smooth muscle may be observed by immunofluorescence. Species cross-reactivity for immunofluorescence is mouse only. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues near the carboxy terminus of human BACE2 protein.
