Description
Phospho-PKD/PKCμ (Ser910) (E7M8C) Rabbit mAb detects endogenous levels of PKD/PKCμ protein only when phosphorylated at Ser910. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Ser910 of human PKD/PKCμ protein. This site is homologous to Ser916 in mouse sequence.
