Description
Phospho-ROS1 (Tyr2274/2334 (E8F5J) Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of ROS1 protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr2274 and/or Tyr2334. This antibody may cross-react with other overexpressed tyrosine phosphorylated RTKs. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Tyr2334 of human ROS1 protein.
