Description
Cleaved Gasdermin E (Asp270) (E8G4U) Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of Gasdermin E protein only when cleaved at Asp270. A band of unknown origin is detected at around 25 kDa. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Asp270 of human Gasdermin E protein.
