Description
IgM (E9U8J) XP® Rabbit mAb (Biotinylated) recognizes endogenous levels of total IgM heavy chain protein. This antibody reacts with secreted and membrane bound isoforms of IgM heavy chain protein. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Leu310 within the constant region of human IgM heavy chain protein.
