Description
PLSCR1 (E4Z8R) Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of total PLSCR1 protein. In addition to the predicted 35 kDa band observed, PLSCR1 (E4Z8R) Rabbit mAb detects multiple bands spanning 45-100 kDa representing post-translationally modified PLSCR1, including lipidated forms of the target protein. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with recombinant protein specific to the amino terminus of human PLSCR1 protein.
