Description
FcγRIIB (E4D2F) XP® Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of total FcγRIIB protein. This antibody does not cross-react with FcγRIIA protein. Goat serum should not be used in the blocking reagent or diluent for immunohistochemistry. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Glu303 of human FcγRIIB protein.
