Description
CDK2 (E8J9T) XP® Rabbit mAb (BSA and Azide Free) recognizes endogenous levels of total CDK2 protein. In rodent cell lines, isoforms 1 and 2 of CDK2 run as two distinct bands by western blot. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Pro294 of human CDK2 protein.
