Description
NFI-B (E5L7U) Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of total NFI-B protein. Based on antigen sequence, the antibody is predicted to detect isoform 1 and isoforms 4-6 of NFI-B. Based on sequence homology, this antibody is not predicted to cross-react with other NFI family members. Species cross-reactivity for IF-IC is human only. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Pro404 of human NFI-B protein.
