Description
TdTomato (E3G5L) Rabbit mAb detects transfected and transgenic levels of TdTomato-tagged proteins (either N-terminally tagged or C-terminally tagged). Please note that the TdTomato tags add approximately 54.2 kDa to the molecular weight of the fusion protein. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues near the carboxy terminus of TdTomato protein.
