Description
Legumain (D6S4H) Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of total Legumain protein. Multiple bands represent posttranslational modification, including autoproteolytic cleavage, of Legumain. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Leu251 of human Legumain protein.
