Description
TDP43 (E2G6G) Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of total TDP43 protein. TDP43 undergoes alternative splicing. TDP43 (E2G6G) Rabbit mAb is specific to isoform 1 of TDP43 that migrates at 43 kDa. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Val47 of human TDP43 protein.
