Description
Sox10 (E6B6I) XP® Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of total Sox10 protein. This antibody also recognizes presumptive sumoylated forms of Sox10 protein. Non-specific staining was observed in neuroendocrine cells of the stomach by immunohistochemistry. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Gly446 of human Sox10 protein.
