Description
Cleaved PARP (Asp214) (D6X6X) Rabbit mAb (PE Conjugate) recognizes endogenous levels of the large fragment (89 kDa) of rodent PARP protein only when cleaved at Asp214. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Asp214 of rodent PARP1 protein.
