Description
Phospho-Glycogen Synthase (Ser641) (D4H1B) XP® Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of both muscle and liver isoforms of glycogen synthase protein only when phosphorylated at Ser641. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to the sequence surrounding Ser641 of human liver glycogen synthase.
