Description
INF2 (E7H5D) Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of total INF2 protein. INF2 isoforms 1 and 2 appear as a doublet in the 170 kDa range using western blot analysis. This antibody also detects a band at approximately 100 kDa of unknown origin. This band may be a carboxy-terminal cleavage product of INF2. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Pro1019 of human INF2 protein.
