Description
Phospho-CrkL (Tyr207) (E9A1U) XP® Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of CrkL protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr207. This antibody does not recognize phospho-CrkII at Tyr221. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Tyr207 of human CrkL protein.
