Phospho-Chk1 (Ser345) (133D3) Rabbit mAb (PE Conjugate) detects endogenous levels of Chk1 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser345. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Ser345 of human Chk1 protein.
