Description
SKAR α/β (D65E8) XP® Rabbit mAb detects endogenous levels of total SKAR protein, α and β isoforms. By western blot, the antibody detects an approximately 21 kDa band of unknown origin in all primate cell types tested. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to the amino terminus of human SKAR.
