Description
PDGF Receptor α (D1E1E) XP® Rabbit mAb detects endogenous levels of PDGFRα. This antibody may cross-react with PDGFRβ at overexpressed levels. Nuclear staining has been observed with this antibody in certain tissues. The specificity of this staining is unknown. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues near the carboxy-terminal sequence of human PDGFRα.
