Always trying to implement novel techniques and technologies to provide high-quality antibodies efficiently and cost-effectively, the methods include:
– Antibody Discovery and Engineering: Use of Mammalian Display and Phage Display technologies, utilizing a diverse repertoire of libraries. These include the Explorer Semi-synthetic Library, Non-immune Libraries (human Fab and ScFv and llama VHH), and Immune Libraries (immunization capabilities on five different species: rabbit, rat, mouse, llama and chicken), allowing to generate a wide variety of high-quality and optimized antibodies.
– Recombinant Production Methods: Transient production of antibodies (range of standard formats to complext molecules) and antigens in CHO and HEK cells, ranging from highthroughput (96 and 24-well plates) to several liter capacity (up to 100L capacity). Stable production in CHOZN cell lines (average yields from 4-8g/L). This flexibility enables to optimize the production process according to the specific requirements of each project.
– Cell line engineering: Transient and stable cell line transfection for target expression, reporter cell line generation, functional cells, and others.
– Functional Assays and Biophysical Characterization: Use of several advanced techniques to assess the functionality and biophysical properties of the antibodies. These capabilities include but are not limited to SPR, cell-based assays, stability assessments, early and late developability. This ensures that the antibodies are not only high in quality but also effective in their intended applications.
